The woman was assaulted Sunday as she was stopped near Potomac and Lillian streets, the Riverside Police Department said. The man fled on foot after the attack.

The attacker is described as Latino, 35- to 45-years-old, with dark skin and blotchy white spots on his neck and arms, police said. He is Spanish-speaking, has a thin build with bushy eyebrows and dark-brown buzzed hair. He was wearing dark pants and a baggy T-shirt with holes in it.

Anyone with information is asked to call Det. Rita Cobb at (951) 353-7120.
